Karen is the Co Founder of Pure Body Balance Centre for Wellbeing.
With over 10 years of study and clinical practise, Karen now specialises in evaluating the underlying cause of stress and disease through the CHEK Foundational Principles ( How you Breath, Think, Eat, Drink, Sleep and Move) to create safe and effective nutrition support, lifestyle programmes, supplementation protocols and clinical testing getting to the root cause of ill health.
Karen’s personal mission is to provide support and guidance through coaching, workshops and talks for individuals wishing to get educated and empowered on healthy dietary and lifestyle choices. In her personal time Karen loves nothing more than practicing Yoga and getting out in nature be it on foot, bike or horseback!
Karen is the author of 2 books including Meals That Heal – Anti Inflammatory Healthcare and Free From Cooking. She tours the UK giving nutritional cookery coaching; educating and teaching the principles of correct meal balancing, food selection, food preparation and cooking.

Karen connects with clients in 1on1 coaching at Pure Body Balance Centre for Wellbeing, via Skype or Telephone. Group and individual workshops are carried out in Cookery Schools across the UK. Karen offers a complimentary 20 minute consultation for all enquiries.
