In this hands-on creative workshop, Health, Nutrition and Yoga Coach Karen Maidment will share with you her favourite journaling techniques and styles, for personal growth, creative expression and life enrichment. You will have the opportunity to explore insightful journaling prompts which have been used to guide and support Karen’s own life.
If you struggle with stress, depression, or anxiety, keeping a journal can help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health. If you lack confidence and self-esteem, finding it difficult to trust your feelings with another, journaling can be your confidant. If you long to be creative but don’t know how to kick start those creative juices, journaling can be your access point.
