"Check yourself before you wreck yourself". Aches, pains and little niggles are the body's way of telling us it's not quite right. Addressing these before they manifest into persistent pain is essential in the maintenance of a happy and healthy life.
“I saw Phoebe this morning and, without sounding too evangelical, can say she was brilliant! With two injured shoulders and a broken foot I was feeling at a rather low ebb – what to do but hop? I had an ‘MOT’ session which was nothing short of amazing. Her approach is holistic and thorough and I would recommend this whether or not you have actual injuries. She has mobilised my shoulders with one session, I am not pain free but 100% better than I was this time yesterday, and I am feeling more positive about returning to fitness already. I also feel that a once in while (I’m thinking once a month for myself) session just to mobilise and make sure everything is working properly will save on many problems down the line and also flag up potential issues before they become catastrophic” Pauline
“Having spent years working at a desk but still keeping fairly active in my free time I had a few issues with my posture which Phoebe quickly assessed and set about correcting. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and having followed her advice I have already seen an improvement in just two weeks. If your thinking about seeing an osteopath I would highly recommend booking a session with Phoebe!”
