Banquet Breakfast RAW Smoothie bowl. A fusion of crunchy muesli, seasonal fruits, superfoods and crushed nuts.
Buckwheat pancakes served with creamy coconut yogurt and berry compote.
Local smoked salmon, hummus and chili lime avocado served on crusty buckwheat olive bread.
RAW Spiced tomato and red pepper soup with mixed seed crackers.
Coln valley Rainbow trout, served on a bed of crushed new potatoes, grilled asparagus, seasonal vegetable and salsa Verde.
RAW Dark Chocolate Marquise with a creamy chocolate mousse, raspberries and lemon sorbet.
